Flatpak is in devuan repos.

presumably if flatpak were not supported it would not be in a repo
and/or would not be installable.

devuan specific packages are built without systemd dependencies.
otherwise typical debian packages are used.

gnucash 5.9 flatpak edition supports mysql and sqlite3.

ranking appears to be irrelevant.

devuan is functional.
