I guess one of the first questions that spring to mind is: are you always
logged into Win 11 as the same user? Or do you have one for you (as you)
and another one for you as the treasurer?
If you're comfortable with it, perhaps you could examine the permissions of
the files and (at least) the parent directory to ensure that you should
have access.
