[GNC] Simple report(s) wanted

It's also worth remembering that if you create a new account that you want
to appear in the report,
you have to go to the 'Options' of the report and select it, keeping in
mind to hold down 'ctrl' or 'cmd' (or whatever key)
before you select it, otherwise everything already selected is deselected,
which can be a right PITA
if you have a variety of random selections for whatever reason and can't
remember what they were..
You'll likely have to do this for every report so bear that in mind if the
reported figures don't match expectations.
