[GNC] Changes to the Accounts Display in 5.10

Hi All,
   I just moved up to GnuCash 5.10 from (I think) 5.8. Everything seems to work as before except for one issue. In Version 5.8, I was able to see 54 lines in the Accounts tab. Now, in Version 5.10, I'm only able to see 49 lines in the same size window. I also notice that the font used in the Accounts tab is compressed horizontally more than it used to be, making it rather unpleasant looking. Is there any way to restore previous line spacing and font?

   I tried finding this online and found something about a settings.ini file for GTK, but I also found a suggestion that it is not used on a Mac and I should use the in-app settings to change the font. However, I cannot find the in-app settings for that function.
