[GNC] Mailing list hiccup

Hi Derek, Liz, & GnuCash users & developers,
There have been issues noted with the mailing lists before.
https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo - it looks like GnuCash is
using the 2.1.29 version of the Mailman mailing list software.
https://list.org/ - according to the GNU Mailman project website, the
current version of Mailman 2 is "13-Dec-2021 Mailman 2.1.39" and the
current version of Mailman 3 is "01-Oct-2024 Mailman 3.3.10 (Tom
Sawyer)"
If there are no plans to upgrade the GnuCash mailing lists from Mailman
2 to Mailman 3, then it would be a good idea to update the version of
Mailman that GnuCash is using to the current version, 2.1.39 from the
2.1.29 version that GnuCash is using.
This issue has come up several times before, my earliest memory is from
March 2023 -
