[GNC] Budget reporting

I am trying to use budget reporting againstactual. I have a couple of
questions:

In the column "diff" where I am reporting Budget against Actual, if actual
income is greater than budget it is shown in red. How do I show it in the
black?

How do I total all the rows in a column? I do not see the option. I need
this to show budget and actual net income in the P&L statement.

thanks

David
