[GNC] GnuCash 5.12 Flatpak Install Error - Missing Checksum

Currently running Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon with GnuCash 5.11 (Flathub
5.11-2).  Update Manager indicated a new 5.12 version.  Selected item
for install and received the following message:

Type: flatpak-app
Update: org.gnucash.GnuCash
Old Version: 5.11+(Flathub 5.11-2)
New Version: FAILED: (0): While pulling
app/org.gnucash.GnuCash/x86_64/stable from remote flathub: opcode
close: Corrupted file object: checksum expected='.....'
