[GNC] Missing scheduled transaction...?

I have had a monthly scheduled transaction in place for over a year. The
most recent has not been posted.

Details:
Monthly
Scheduled on the 9th of the month
Options are:
Enabled
Create automatically
Create 3 days in advance

So I'm in GnuCash as I type this, July 10th. There is no posting for
anything in July and I feel like it should be posted on July 6th.

Help me?
