[GNC] Assets != Liabilities + Equity on Balance Sheet

Hi Harold,
Try revieing what accounts are selected in the report options, and check
that all the relevant expense (and income) accounts are selected.
Based off the observation that the $40 difference you're trying to find
here happens to match the *Expenses:Fees:AZ Corp Comm* expense, I'm
guessing that maybe the *AZ Corp Comm* account is not selected to be
counting in the report.
