[GNC] : Printing blank checks

I use a commercial program called VersaCheck Gold which can print blank 
checks to be filled in later (which GnuCash can probably do) or complete 
checks including the data on blank check stock which they sell.

I just use my normal laser [printer with normal toner and have had very 
few issues with the bank not processing the check. I believe the 
requirement for special ink no longer applies.
