[GNC] Problem--probably simple for ya'll, but not me!!!!!!

I don't use thunderbird for mail on my desktop PC, so my help is limited 
there. (although it is on my phone).  Do you have a "prt sc" button on your 
keyboard  (just near F12, above the cursor keys etc).  if you press it, you 
*may* get a screenshot of the whole screen in the clipboard, or it *may* open 
a grabber program (as it does on my Suse Linux desktop) which will let you 
grab just a portion of image.   If you *attach* in thunderbird (not "include 
inline" or something) the image should make it through to the list
