[GNC] Import no longer auto-matches

I posted previously about receiving the "You do not have permission to
access ...." when saving my work.  I don't deal with registries which was a
suggestion as to the problem.

I did not get that message every time I saved so I just kept on going until
my database was FOOBAR.

I searched all dates until I found a good save in May 2024.  It was out of
reconciliation by only $20 and I knew what that transaction was for so I
saved that file to a new name and started re-creating my file from that
reconciliation after updating to Version 5.12 for Windows 11.

I downloaded my bank statements from that time, and began downloading the
bank file in 90-day increments.  The first three months went beautifully.
After that time, my transaction splits were no longer being remembered by
the program, but I didn't notice because the next three months reconciled.
Cutting it short, I unreconciled ALL the transactions and *started over* by
duplicating the splits for income.  I have now reconciled through
October 24, 2025.  Yippee!

I decided to reconcile one month at a time - downloading the QFX bank file
from Oct 25 to Nov 21, 2024.  NO TRANSACTIONS ARE MATCHED.  I cannot find a
solution in the documentation.  I cannot find a switch or preference that
seems to apply to this situation.
