[GNC] Import no longer auto-matches

Don't I wish!  Unfortunately the import function really is not working.
I've tried everything in the preferences for import from choosing nothing
to choosing everything.  I pretty much had to import the imbalances (no
account or splits) and input them manually.  Like I said.  FOOBAR
