[GNC] Scheduled transaction for end of the day - bank interest

I offer this suggestion.
Enter your scheduled transaction as 'enabled" but do not create
automatically (Screenshot 1)
When you open Gnucash on the day you get a "since last run" notice.
(Screenshot 2)

On this child window "since last run" you either create or defer the
entries.
Click "cancel" to defer the entries. You can't pick and choose, this is
all or none.
When the 1st comes and you have your interest data you choose "Review
created transactions" and then "OK".

Now you have the search window display ready for you to edit all your
interest entries.
