[GNC] Yahoo JSON Quotes gone again!

I have also confirmed that the yahoo_json source is failing. I have 
created https://github.com/finance-quote/finance-quote/issues/498. 
Please do not create duplicate issues or add "me too" comments to the 
issue, thank you. I've tried a few simple changes to the code with no joy.

For those using the yahoo_json data source, I will suggest that this may 
be a good time to explore other options. While the methods that require 
keys/tokens may have limits, they are typically more stable as those 
sites also service paying customers.
