[GNC] Yahoo JSON Quotes gone again!

It also appears that YahooWeb is also failing. That sucks.

AlphaVantage has been working for some time, but there is a 25 per day 
limit.

As of late, I have been trying to keep 
https://github.com/finance-quote/finance-quote/wiki/Documentation#financequote-sources 
and https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Online_Quotes#Finance::Quote_Sources 
up to date as changes are made to Finance::Quote.

The page

has a table of API keys at the bottom (I probably should add which 
sources use the key/token).

Please note that twelvedata has a limit of 8 per minute and the module 
does not yet have throttling enabled.
