I, as the English mailing lists moderator, see many offers from many
spammers offering a new website, presumably for the exchange of money.
I made a deliberate choice to let your email through to the user list.
The website does need some changes, as it has grown "like Topsy". So we
really need some one to start with a new design, but we don't want to
burden others with extra work.
Can you suggest alternate back bones for a redesigned site?
