[GNC] Yahoo JSON Quotes gone again!

It’s working again for me today:
bin/gnucash-cli -Q dump yahoo_json AAPL
Finance::Quote fields GnuCash uses:
    symbol: AAPL            <=== required
      date: 06/13/2025      <=== recommended
  currency: USD             <=== required
      last: 197.45          <=\
       nav:                 <=== one of these
     price:                 <=/
