[GNC] Delete All Transactions

PS I realise that I can use File -> Export -> Export Accounts to get all the same account names, but presumably these will have different UUIDs, which means that the reports I’ve put together over the years won’t work in the newly created accounts. Recreating the reports would be a chore, but better than deleting six years of transactions one-by-one!
