[GNC] Download Quotes end with huge list of errors

Hi Megan, Bruce, & GnuCash users,  

I noted that Bruce asked Megan to update Finance::Quote to the current
version, 1.65, and that you did so.  

I also noted that at the bottom of Megan's email, it notes the GnuCash
version that Megan is using as 5.8.  

If someone were to update GnuCash to the current version, 5.11, would
that automatically update Finance::Quote to the current version?  

If so, should we recommend that someone update GnuCash to the latest
version and then F::Q would automatically update as part of that
process?  

I don't know exactly how these components work together, so thanks for
tolerating my exploration...
