Mostly negative sir.

GnuCash and Finance::Quote are maintained by different teams. Installing 
or updating GnuCash does not automatically install or update F::Q. The 
exception is for those using Flatpack, where Perl and Finance::Quote is 
bundled along with GnuCash.
