[GNC] Finance::Quote Interim Release v1.65_02

Not many critical changes in Finance::Quote since releasing v1.65 April 
27. But with a few changes I uploaded an interim release to CPAN.

Changes since v1.65:

	* Removed Bloomberg.pm, Tiaacref.pm, Troweprice.pm modules. These are 
not working and there is no plan to revise/correct them.

	* AlphaVantage - return 'symbol not found' when no price data is 
returned. There seems to have been a minor change in the API response 
when a symbol is not found. Instead of a 4xx HTML response code, 200 is 
returned along with an empty JSON structure.
	
	* ASX - Changed error message when symbol isn't found - Issue #497. 
Return a symbol not found message instead of the HTML 403 response code.

	* Added a new module to fetch the fund nav from CMBChina - PR #494

	* Added Cookie Jar to Comdirect user agent - Issue #491

	* Removed HU.pm, Oslobors.pm, and SEB.pm - Issue #490. More failing 
modules with no plan to fix.

There may be one or two more minor changes before releasing v1.66.
