I'm closing the loop on this.

Yahoo support didn't see anything on their side and had me confirm my
reply setting, filter settings, and block lists.  They also had me check
my other folders and the spam folder.

Yahoo support asked me to check my GnuCash User mail list settings.  I
started receiving emails again after going to the GnuCash User mail list
subscription page and entering my email address and checking the Global
box for all lists.  A message appeared saying I was already subscribed.
I received the email to change my email address globally and clicked the
link taking me to the webpage to confirm. At this point I start
receiving emails again from the list.

My email was correct to start with so I'm not sure why re-entering my
same email address and clicking Global allowed me to receive messages again.
