[GNC] ANNOUNCE: GnuCash 5.12 Released

FYI
Thanks John (and all of the contributors) for the release. I just
downloaded the windows version. I always check the hashes before
installing and the SHA256 hash doesn't match what's displayed in the
email. I downloaded from both GitHub and SourceForge and the files are
identical, but the published hash seems wrong.
The hash I get for gnucash-5.12.setup.exe is:
SHA256: 9ca8dbd0749212bcab3d986b8c5e39d11fd2a3f734430c1a06d931968175364e
I'm sure the files are fine, but wanted to let you know just in case.
