[GNC] Invoices

I have to deal with both US and Canadian currencies.  I tried creating Accounts Receivable for both currencies, then creating invoices in either currency.  They did not appear in the "A R USD" nor "A R CAD".



Since that did not work for me, I simply added entries in the "A R" accounts.  That sort of works, at least I can show what we expect as income, and when it comes we can apply it to one of the "A R" accounts.



Now I have a bunch of invoices that really serve no purpose.  I could not find any way to get rid of them.



So, I want a little help.



If it is possible to create invoices and have them affect the "A R" accounts, please tell me how.



If it is not possible, please tell me how to delete bogus invoices.
