Ian,

If you have Windows system to check it on please feel free to edit the
Wiki and bring it up to date.  If ou are able to determine when it
chnged to that location-either a date or which GnuCash version changed
to that location having that information can be useful. John Ralls may
be able to tell us when it happened as it is usually dictated by either
OS or underlying library changes specific to the Windows version. I no
longer run on Windows at all.
