[GNC] Incorrect Asset:Investments:Brokerage1 Total amount

There is one transaction in Brokerage1:
Date:  12/05/2024,  Description: Opening Cash Balance, Balance: 0.00

I tried adding a "Fee" transaction to Brokerage 1 with Decrease = 66260.04
and as expected
the TOTAL was changed to expected $5896.60.  I'll leave this in place for
now.
