I assume from the path location that you are running GnuCash on a Windows
machine.

What format are you saving the data in? I think that error has occurred
when the file format is SQL database and there is not a correct SQL
environment... You can try saving the file as compressed XML (which is, I
think, the default) to see if that will work.

If you can search older messages, this error has been seen before.
