[GNC] Invoice Header Logo Image Size

GnuCash is probably never going to create "pretty" *printable* invoices.  It 
is somewhat out-of-scope, esp. if you need some specially formatted invoice to 
match some company "look".  Invoices are a partitular sort of thing that needs 
to represent one's company to your customers, so needs to suitably formatted, 
with a company letterhead / logo and so on.

LaTeX is actually quite good at generating (actually typsetting) "pretty"
PDFs... There might be other options. LaTeX source files are plain text so
don't require any special magic to create, just basic text-based file I/O.  
Because of how LaTeX works, it is actually fairly easy to automate a 
programmed formatting process using LaTeX as the formatting "engine".  The 
pandoc program uses LaTeX to generate PDF output when it converts various 
formats (docx, markdown, etc.) to PDF.  Doxygen also uses LaTeX to generate 
PDF documentation.
