[GNC] Nightly Builds for testing

The URLs are equivalent, use whichever you prefer.  The last commit to GnuCash was 17 March so the 18 March Windows build is indeed the latest.

Not only is there no flatpak build since Valentine’s Day, there aren’t any build logs since then. Derek?
