[GNC] Flatpak builder back online (was Re: Nightly Builds for testing)

Hi,
I can confirm that yes, the VM was not running.
Mea Culpa -- I forgot to add it to the auto-start list, so it did not
auto-start the last time the server rebooted.
I've started it manually and added it to the list for the next time.
