Phyllis,
This appears to be an operating system problem.
It would suggest that the file permissions, either on the data file
itself or perhaps somewhere on the path to that file no longer allow
the user pobru to access the file. You, the user pobru or a group of
which you are a member, would need have read and write access to the
data file and all folders along the path.
To check permissions in Windows 11 you right click on the file or
folder, select Properties and then navigate to the Security tab. To
change then click on the Edit button and select a user or group from
the list.
If you are unable to provide the user pobru with access you may need to
login as an administrator to alter file permissions.
