[GNC] Location of Budget meta-data

Hi,

When creating a budget, you can configure the budget period with a beginning on value for the start of the budgeting period. This seems to be stored by Gnucash somewhere, as it is persistent.
I am using Postgres as the storage back end for my administration, but I cannot find where this date is stored. Can someone help me out where to look for it?

Background: I am looking for it, as I want to collect data from the DB into a data-analysis model (PowerBI to be exact) and it would help enormously if I can find it somewhere.
