[GNC] Mouse not active in popups for Transfer

Could you provide more details about this behavior? I am also using Windows 11, but I do not encounter this issue when opening the transfer popup.

I was surprised that I cannot use the mouse once I stimulate a short list of popup Transfer suggestions with the keyboard.  I can use arrows and enter keyboard stuff, but no switching to the mouse.  I am on Windows 11.  Not a biggie, but counter-intuitive.
