Since it manifests when you select a report either WebKit or ICU is more likely to be the problem than boost. I don’t think there’s anything in reports or html that uses boost.

Getting a stack trace should indicate precisely what is the problem, but if it’s a dependency issue you’ll need a recompile of GnuCash with the latest versions. File a bug with Debian and include the stack trace.
