Also: did you mistakenly tick the box for excluding zero-balance accounts?

As Geoff suggests, whenever a report isn't doing what you want, the very
first thing is to check _every_ option on _every_ panel. (As an
ex-programmer, I know it's never safe to ignore something that "couldn't
possibly be causing the problem", because surprisingly often with
computers the "impossible" does happen._

On the Accounts selection panel, if there is one, don't rely on the
selection buttons but scroll all the way through the account list to
make sure all accounts are highlighted.
