[GNC] To visually compare on screen the contents of 2 tabs. Tip of the Day?

Greetings.

My "Tip Of The Day" indicates I can view two tabs at the same time?

"To visually compare on screen the contents of 2 tabs, in one of the tabs, select Window->New Window with Page from the menu to duplicate that tab in a new window."

When I right click a tab I do not seen an option in the drop down for "Window" or "New Window"

Am I misunderstanding what a "tab" is?
