[GNC] Help please

[Charity Langkawi]

Hi my name is Sheila Allum and I am the Treasurer of Kelab Amal Langkawi,
an NGO in Malaysia.

In 2016 my husband who was then the Treasurer designed our accounting
system on Gnucash and I took over from him several years' ago.

I love the system and it works so well for me but I have recently had a
crash on my PC and then had to instal a new hard drive.

I am working on 4.14 and have reinstalled the programme which is blank
and I cannot link to the back ups that I have.

I am desperately worried that I have lost 10 years of accounts
that I cannot get back.

Please advise how I can subscribe and put my question to the user group.
