[GNC] GNUcash opens, shows correct database, no keyboard - UPDATE

Thank you to everyone who responded.

Other programs also started freezing, so my issue was obviously not just
GNUcash...

"When in doubt, restart": forgot that maxim.  All good now...
I guess a few buffers didn't clear.

And, by the way, I copied my datafile using GC, and also using Windows
-File Explorer - Copy - Save As, in order to have two different copies.
Both copies (different filenames) worked after the restart. I am back to
normal operation.
