[GNC] No OFX Download from Bank of America

It is one of the largest  commercial bank so might be difficult, if not
impossible, to tell businesses to walk with their feet, especially when they
having nothing to gain or loose ...

A large protest in front of their headquarters might be able to move the
needle ...
