[GNC] How to Disable AutoComplete?

Adding: After some additional testing, the "Don't autocomplete" is ignored when there is an exact description match. It seems to function if there is not an exact match.

To reproduce:

Type in an exact match of a description. Select "Don't autocomplete" from the autocomplete list. Press tab to move to the next field. The "Don't autocomplete" is ignored as the fields are populated as if autocomplete was desired.

I'm not so sure about how the ESC method should work, but if the pulldown list is not visible, then maybe skip the autocomplete.
