[GNC] Unvoid transaction not working since GnuCash 5.13 on Windows.

I've installed GnuCash 5.13 recently and noticed that if I void a
transaction now using Transaction - Void Transaction command from the
menus,  then the action can no longer be reversed using Transaction -
Unvoid Transaction.   Neither can the voided transaction be deleted.

I think this is a new bug in version 5.13.   I am certain it wasn't an
issue in 5.11.   I don't think it was an issue in 5.12 but I might be wrong
about that.

Has anyone else noticed this problem?
