[GNC] Budget Report Headings - Follow Up 2

You are welcome to submit a bug (when Bugzilla is back up and running), and it's even a fair issue to raise about this report, but you might not see any action on it for a long time.

That's because the amount of effort it would take to fix the problem in code far exceeds the amount of effort it takes to select the full report (Ctrl-A), copy the entire report (Ctrl-C), switch to a spreadsheet (Alt-Tab), paste the contents of the report (Ctrl-V), and change the offending header. That, and the fact that the developer pool is very small for the project. 

Indeed, one of our longtime users recommends that *the* proper answer to formatting and adjusting accounting reports is to dump the data into another program that is better suited for reporting purposes.
