[GNC] Accidentally Typing in the Transfer Column

"Undo" in most other applications applies to single edits, with many 
apps allowing you to undo a cascade of them.

"Cancel" in this case, completely cancels the entering of a new 
transaction which might contain several edits, all at once. The button 
has a limited label, but the menu entry is more descriptive.
