[GNC] [5.13] Error messages after upgrading from 5.12 in Win11

Hi
I had the same "Entry Point Not Found : The procedure entry point 
clock_gettime32" error moving to 5.13
What worked for me was to delete the C:\Program 
Files(x86)\gnucash folder after uninstalling 5.12 and before installing 
5.13
