[GNC] trial balance in error

I setup a new GnuCash file.  I entered all assets then I took a look at the
balance sheet and the trial balance reports.  Balance sheet is ok. The
trial balance has a discrepancy of 2 cents.

My main currency is Canadian dollars. There are two investments accounts in
US dollars. I found out that this discrepancy is related to those accounts
in US dollars.

Should I do something specific to enter the amounts in US currency in those
accounts?  Or is there an accountant that will say to don't care about a 2
cents discrepancy in a trial balance report?
