[GNC] Any reason reports are not stored in gnucash file ?

There is still a use case for keeping them separate.

Someone using a previously copied file can share the report configs. 
Some folks might do this year to year, others may do it as a 
multi-computer solution rather than using a network drive.

Export/Import would likely be a required part of storing them in the 
book file itself to maintain present functionality some users rely on. 
That will of course add to the work needed to make that happen, and 
there would need to be a compelling reason.
