[GNC] Moving from Windows to Linux

I don't know why you insist on doing this piece meal.  I would copy the 
entire %APPDATA%\GnuCash folder to ~/.local/share/gnucash, ...

The account colors should be metadata, therefore, they should be in the 
.gcm files.
