[GNC] Can't get the Transaction Report to work at all

Hi, Jan.  I'm sorry you're having trouble. I've attached a picture of
what's on my screen when editing report options for the Transaction
Report. It's similar to many of the other reports, especially in the
Close-Apply-OK buttons at lower right (circled in green).

I'm using 4.14, just one minor version newer than your 4.13, but I
wouldn't expect a difference in those buttons. Are you sure you don't
have those buttons at the bottom? Perhaps the dialog box is near the
bottom of your screen, and the buttons are off your screen, so you just
need to slide the dialog upward a bit? If that's not it, maybe you would
want to try version 4.14 in case there was some bug in 4.13 that got
fixed in 4.14.

(Reload won't do anything useful if you haven't clicked Apply or OK on
the options panel. And if you simply close the report options, as
opposed to pressing OK, I'm pretty sure your option selections will be
lost.)
