[GNC] GnuCash 5.13 Crashing - Endeavour Linux Non-Flatpak

Windows 11 using 5.13

I experience a crash after assigning a tax category to an account using the 
Tax Report Options feature. I've had to assign a tax category then save as 
soon as the save option is offered, and then expect the crash.

I would have made a report on Bugzilla but it didn't appear that I was 
allowed to create an account to do so, hence this reply on the mailing list.
